However, you can get 10% off a future order when you sign up for Zappos emails. In addition to the initial discount, you’ll also get early access to sales, coupons, and more.
What Zappos lacks in discounts, it makes up for in other ways. One thing that sets this company apart from other shoe retailers is its generous return policy.
If you’re not satisfied with your Zappos purchase, you can return your items for a full refund up to one year of the purchase date. The returned item must be unworn and in the same condition as when it was received.
In addition, shipping is always free at Zappos with no minimum order or exclusions. Zappos ships to anywhere in the US and to all US territories, as well as APO/FPO addresses. Three shipping speeds are available, and you can opt to expedite your order for an additional fee.
