• Registered dependents of active duty/retirees

In addition, first responders (police, fire, and EMT professionals), healthcare workers (nurses, doctors, healthcare practitioners, administration, and support), teachers, and college students with an eligible email can also qualify for the same savings.

At Helzberg Diamonds, your military discount can be accessed in-store, online, or over the phone.

Using Your Discount In-Store

To use your discount in-store, you will need to verify your eligibility by proving military or veteran status.

Some suggested forms of ID to prove your service include:

• Military ID card
• Veterans or Retired ID card or VA health care card
• Your current Leave and Earnings Statement (LES)
• Your DD Form 214 Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty

Using Your Discount Online

To use your discount online, you’ll need to verify your military status using SheerID.

To do so, navigate to Helzberg Diamond’s Special Discount Jewelry page, select “Verify Now”, and provide your status, branch, name, date of birth, and email address.

Typically, SheerID’s technology will determine your eligibility within a matter of seconds. In rare cases, you may be required to upload documentation for verification. Once your status is verified, the discount will automatically apply at checkout.

Does Helzberg Diamonds Ship to APO/FPO Addresses?

Yes, Helzberg Diamonds proudly ships to APO/FPO addresses.

Helzberg Diamonds ships all APO/FPO orders via USPS Priority Mail to the appropriate APO/FPO processing center, then via the military postal service. Shipment tracking is not available for APO/FPO addresses.

USPS will not show a delivery or in-transit scan for packages sent to these addresses for security purposes. Shipments are subject to the import restrictions of the country in which your base is located.

How Long Will it Take for my Order to Arrive?

The company guarantees your package will ship within Helzberg’s current shipping guidelines and will arrive at the APO/FPO processing center at the estimated date provided to you at checkout. The average delivery time from the processing center is between 5-10 days, but it can vary.

If you are already familiar with receiving timelines associated with your current location, your Helzberg Diamonds order will likely arrive in the time frame you currently experience.

Can I Return Products Sent to APO/FPO Addresses?

Regular return policies apply to orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses.

Helzberg Diamonds insures all orders from the time they are shipped until they arrive at your location. If you’ve purchased a Life Time Care Plan and plan on being overseas for more than a year, please contact the company’s Customer Care.

Will Taxes or Duties be Due on Orders Shipped to an APO/FPO Address?

Because carriers consider APO/FPO addresses domestic, customers do not owe taxes or duties on orders shipped to them. However, customers will have to pay taxes and duties if they send an order directly to a base instead of through the APO/FPO system. Helzberg Diamonds will include all required tax documentation with your order.
